Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and type of product you are looking to purchase. This could be within 10 to 14 working days on items we stock, or up to 28 working days on larger more time intensive products direct from the manufactures

The delivery time and availability of each product is clearly stated on our site.

Please ensure that the goods you order are of the size that can be comfortably delivered to your property.

Whilst we can advise you of the sizes of furniture, we cannot be held responsible for the size of your home.

STEP 1. Order Acknowledgement

On receipt of your order, we will send an order acknowledgement by email. The acknowledgement will give you full details of the item(s) you have purchased. Please take time to carefully check:

  1. Your name, delivery address, telephone numbers and postcode are correct.
  2. The products are correct, (including colours, quantities required etc)
  3. The financial details total correctly.

If you do not receive an acknowledgement or if you find any errors, phone our sales office immediately on 01269 842347 (ask for Jason Davies) Monday to Saturday 9.00 to 5.30.

STEP 2. Despatch arrangements

As soon as your goods are ready for dispatch the delivery team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient day for the delivery to your home.

STEP 3. Delivery of your Goods

Following successful completion of steps 1 and 2 delivery will take place on the confirmed day.

In the event that you miss your delivery, a card will be left, an additional delivery charge may have to be paid before a new date is given.

Q. will you take any dining room furniture into the room of my request?

Yes, the delivery team will place in the room of your request if on the ground floor.

Q. will you take any bedroom furniture up the stairs when you deliver?

Sorry some direct deliveries from the manufactures will only deliver into your home not up the stairs please or phone 01269 842347 ask for Jason Davies for details.

Q. Can you deliver outside mainland UK?

Please contact us we will try our best to accommodate all orders to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands for an additional cost. Please call 01269 831000 or Contact Us .

Q. Will the flat pack furniture be assembled?

Any flat pack furniture will be stated on our site as home assembly required.

Q. Will the delivery crew move our furniture or remove doors to make the delivery easier.

No it is your responsibility to ensure goods you order are of a size that can be comfortably delivered to your property,particulary bedroom furniture, checking sizes of landings,heights,widths and doors ect.Whilst we can advise you of the sizes of furniture, we cannot be responsible for the size of your home. Furniture is expensive to order,transport,store and deliver to you, so please be carfull,as a minimum cancellation charge of 20 % will apply to goods that cannot be delivered due to the size of customers property (more for special orders).

Whilst in most cases delivery is to your door, if at your request our delivery crew, as a good will gesture to you, assist you in placing furniture in a room of your choice, all walkways should be clear and any obstacles or valuables removed from the area and path of our delivery crew. Any light carpet or flooring areas should be protected to avoid any damage or soiling during delivery.

Q. I live on a small lane could I request a small van delivery.

Delivery is based on the condition that the road to the site is of sound structure and is capable of accepting a heavy goods vehicle, and that the goods will not have to be carried further than 50 metres over flat and unobstructed land. Although in some cases small van calls can be arranged in some areas please Contact Us or ring 01269 831000 and ask for Jason Davies.

Q. The furniture I have ordered will be sitting on laminated/wood flooring, is this ok.

It is advised to purchase protective felting to place beneath all items. Do not drag or push furniture to avoid marking flooring. similar caution is advised with carpets and all other floor surfaces.
